Job Responsibilities

  • As the product manager, drive the end to end risk reporting system implementation, which covers requirement analysis, technical design, deployment coordination, post-launch improvements and monitoring.
  • Support ongoing enhancements and releases by working with stakeholders from risk management and technical departments to deliver the risk monitoring solutions, including modeling and calculations of IRRBB measures, liquidity gap analysis, stress testing and ALM monitoring tools.
  • Develop project implementation plans, identify project risks, and follow up the end to end product implementation 
  • Establish and implement the technical processes to ensure the accessibility, usability and stability of risk reporting system. Work with internal and external parties to ensure timely resolution of issues. 
  • Maintain internal documentation of system functionalities to ensure it is in audit-ready state.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in financial engineering, computer science, accounting or other related disciplines with strong numerical skills.
  • 2- 3 years business analyst with past experience in system implementation for risk management, financial reporting or balance sheet analytics is preferred.
  • Experience in dealing with modeling and/or calculations of bank level MLA/ LCR ratio, IRRBB data flow, Economic value of Equity (EVE), Net Interest Income (NII), Earning at Risk (EaR) etc.
  • Good understanding of SDLC, production support best practice and business process automation.
  • Effective communicator with past experience dealing with technical team, data mapping and data procurement from multiple systems.
  • Knowledge in SQL is preferred.
  • Fluency in Chinese is preferred, in order to collaborate with stakeholders from global offices.
