Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership : Lead the strategic vision for our cybersecurity and cloud security transformation, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices, with a focus on Azure security. Program Management : Oversee a portfolio of projects focused on cybersecurity and cloud security, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Team Leadership : Manage and inspire a high-performing team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in cloud security, including Azure. Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks, with specific attention to cloud security, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Technical Management : Oversee security tooling, infrastructure, cloud architecture and application migration, and ensure adherence to information security industry standards. Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, executives, and external partners to drive the transformation agenda. Continuous Improvement : Drive a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging feedback and metrics to optimize cybersecurity and cloud security processes and procedures. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is a plus. - Proven experience as a Programme Director in the field of cybersecurity, with a specific focus on cloud security and Azure expertise. - Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, trends, best practices, and cloud security, particularly Azure. - Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CISM) are highly desirable. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to think critically and adapt to evolving cybersecurity and cloud security challenges.
