Senior Manager, IT Project Manager (ESG Project)

The Company Our esteemed real estate client is searching for a Techno-Functional IT Project Manager, Senior Manager, with a specialization in vendor management to bring in-depth expertise in Agile methodology, solid SQL skills, proficiency in data modeling, and familiarity with Power BI. Previous experience in ESG solutions would be advantageous. As an IT Project Manager, you will hold a pivotal role in supervising and steering diverse IT projects, guaranteeing their effective completion within defined scope, budget, and schedule. The Role You will take charge of IT projects from inception to completion, collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. You will develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, closely monitoring progress against established milestones. You will partner alongside cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT developers, and third-party vendors, to troubleshoot intricate issues and implement effective solutions. You will perform regular project status meetings and ensure transparent communication of updates to stakeholders and project teams. You will deliver support and troubleshooting for global applications, promptly addressing user inquiries and resolving technical issues. You will retain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge base articles, to facilitate efficient support and knowledge sharing. You will Conduct user training sessions and offer ongoing support and guidance to encourage effective utilization of ESG applications. You will contribute in testing and implementing new features, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption to existing processes. Additionally you will utilize SQL, data modeling, and reporting skills to analyze and interpret data, derive insights, and support decision-making processes. Your Profile A Bachelor's degree or Diploma, preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science, coupled with 8 years of relevant experience in overseeing intricate IT projects. You will possess a robust comprehension of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with the capacity to customize approaches to suit project needs. You will establish technical proficiency, encompassing troubleshooting, SQL queries, database management, and system integrations. You need to be familiar with project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, DevOps, Jira, or Asana. Additional certifications in ESG or sustainability would be advantageous.
