Project Manager - Design | Theme Park

As a Project Manager - Design | Theme Park, you will take charge of overseeing and managing the design aspects of theme park projects. Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, you will ensure the successful realization of the design vision, adherence to project requirements, and delivery of high-quality design work. Your role will be essential in shaping the overall design strategy, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project success. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design aspects of theme park projects.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Oversee the development and execution of design plans, including concept development, schematic design, and design development.
• Ensure design work aligns with project objectives, budget, and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design with other project aspects.
• Review and provide feedback on design deliverables, including drawings, specifications, and presentations.
• Manage design changes and resolve any design-related issues or conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant design standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
• Communicate design progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in design management for theme park or entertainment projects.
• Strong understanding of theme park design principles, trends, and best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully managing design projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent knowledge of design software and tools.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
