* Ensure, control and coordinate the properrealization of the detailed engineering for field instrumentationand, as a support, for instrumented control and safety systems(ICSS)* Ensure and control the proper realization of thedetailed engineering of LLI and packages vendors* Ensurethe good progress of instrumentation/ICSS engineering in compliancewith project specifications and procedures, Company specifications,discipline requirements and international codes, with respect ofcost, schedule and required level of quality and safety applicableto this project.* Promote field instrumentationtechnical optimization/cost savings, ensuring first that they arecompliant with the project schedule and the contracts, liaisingwith the package lead through the engineeringcoordinator.* Identify potential deviations from theCompany referential and report these to the Engineering Manager forfinal decision on whether or not to implement,* Ensurethat instruments are standardized across project, in line with sitepolicies.* Ensure close coordination with otherdisciplines on all engineering, constructability and operationalmatters,* Ensure that relevant feedback from previoussimilar projects are considered in the designperformance,* Participate actively in technical decisionmaking, in meetings with potential contractors andvendors,* Participate in the technical analysis ofoffers and assist in vendor selection,* Assistance inthe finalization of contractual documents,* Participatein weekly and monthly meetings with Contractors, and in specific adhoc meetings as required by management,* Providetechnical answers to technical queries and provide support indeviations requests related to instrumentation and ICSSissues,
