1. Supervise the execution of the offshoreintervention operations performed by the well services contractorsfrom either a Well services vessels, Barge, Diving Vessel orDrilling Rig. Meticulous attention to details is required to ensurethe achievement of program objectives in a safe and efficientmanner (especially when working on HP/HT gas wells). Activitiesincludes: slickline, e-line logging and perforating, well integrityinvestigations, cement top-up, acidizing/stimulation, inhibitiontreatment, well killing, Coiled Tubing, Well testing and subseadata collection.2. Conduct operations safely byimplementing the QP Corporate HSE Procedures as well as thestandards and safety rules specified in the Drilling ReferenceManual (DRM) and communicate these requirements tocontractor's personnel to ensure theircompliance.3. Analyse operational risks andconfirm that mitigation measures are in place, including theprovision of adequate resources and HSE controls such as: PTW, JobSafety Analysis (JSA), and Pre-job safety meetings (as per theDrilling Department prompt card) to ensure safeoperations.4. Manage HSE at the well location byreporting all HSE incidents in line with QP HSE procedures; closelymonitoring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions;participating in the HSE Observation programme and by encouragingparticipation by all Service Company personnel in the Observationprogramme.5. Review & execute theintervention programme for assigned wells, and thereafter reviewthe Well Intervention program in detail with the contractors toensure that the requirements and procedures are met, and specialprecautions are taken into consideration with all involvedparties.6. Review the plans with the senior wellservices supervisor and provide technical input to optimize theplan for effective and efficientimplementation.7. Resolve operational problemssuch as: stuck tools down hole, wells with parted tubing andannular pressures, inability to access the tubing to isolate thereservoir, loss of well integrity, scheduling conflicts andresource issues. Risks will be identified and thoroughly analysedand mitigated to conduct operations safely and efficiently to avoidof production.
