Qualifications:Minimumof 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferablywithin the banking sector.Proven track recordof successfully managing the full recruitment lifecycle, fromsourcing to onboarding.Strong understanding ofrecruitment best practices, techniques, andtools.Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintainrelationships with stakeholders at alllevels.Highly organized with exceptionalattention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritieseffectively.Strategic thinker with the abilityto anticipate business needs and proactively identify talentsolutions.
