Responsiblity:onsibilitiesWorkand communicate effectively with software developers, productmarketing, and product managers to write and maintain high-qualitydocumentation.To plan, write, edit and revisetechnical information and documents, including user manuals,general overviews, configuration/installation instructions,tutorials, test plans, and productspecifications.Collaborate with the team oftechnical writers, and facilitate product and software developmentteams.Assess, analyze and evaluate versatileaudiences, including non-technical users, system administrators,integrators, and programmers. Create state ofthe art technical documents, including API Developer Guides, UserGuides, In-Platform documentation such as welcome instructions andtooltips, Integration Guide, product documentation, andmore.Create other client aids such as anonline demo, online video, online help, guided tour, and othereducational guidelines and techniquesTransformcomplex documentation into simple concepts that are easy tounderstand by the end-usersStudy and evaluatethe user feedback to retrieve information on documentation and useit to enhance usability.Work as an editor andbuild constructive criticism to ensure fluency in trainingdocumentation throughout the teamAnalyze themetrics used for training and assess the customer feedback to alignthem with future investments intraining
