Monitor wells productionperformances to ensure stable and efficient productionoperations.Monitor wells integrity and manageor take appropriate actions asnecessary.Design, prepare and execute programfor well intervention, well completion, and welltesting.Work closely with service providers tomeet well intervention, well completion and well testingobjectives.Supervise well intervention, wellcompletion and well testing job asrequired.Work together with procurementsection to establish contract with ServiceContractors.Interacts with reservoir engineerto discuss on subsurface operationissues.Interact with drilling engineer fordesign of well completion and testing.Mentorand develop Junior Engineers.
