Assist Head of FacilitiesMaintenance and Facilities Engineers to effectively monitor andcoordinate the provision of facility maintenance across all officefacilities and plant civil support in a timely manner including thebuilding operator care programs, PPMs and safetyinspections.Assist Facilities Engineer andservice providers to effectively implement maintenance plans forbuilding and infrastructure assets.Assist theprocess of establishing supplier contracts and CWOs by providinginputs related to scope, review of schedule of rates to ensure thattimely award of contracts and CWOs are made in compliance withcompany policies and procedures. Administerthe process of creating facilities maintenance material data andcodes in SAP system taking inputs from Facilities Engineers andsupport in sourcing and expediting of material from Companywarehouse with the related purchaserequisitions.Assist in the preparation oftechnical reports on Facilities maintenance, prepare minutes ofmeetings and follow up on action items with Facilities Engineersand Section Head.Prepare gate passes formaterials and personnel as per Company policies and procedures forvarious assets.
