Developing and delivering coursematerial, curricula, and syllabi.Assistingwith the training and recruitment of new lecturers, teachingassistants, and Professors.Conductingresearch, publishing papers, and attendingconferences.Attending academic events andnetworking with other researchers and fieldexperts.Supervising, advising, and mentoringteaching assistants and graduatestudents.Participating in faculty anddepartmental meetings.Shortlisting,interviewing, and selecting students for graduateprograms.Organizing guest seminars and facultyevents where students can interact with established industryprofessionals.Traveling to other highereducation settings to gain experience and expandnetworks.Writing proposals to secure researchfunding.
