Job Description Managing the operation of on-demand delivery and maintaining excellent customer experience 24/7. Taking ownership of staffing, service levels, and communication with stakeholders. Monitoring, measuring, and improving compliance and performance of drivers. Leads a strong team to achieve targets and goals. What's On Your Plate? Directs optimizes and coordinates full order cycle. Supervises onboarding/training schedule & Quality Responsible for the communication of shifts & fulfilment Ensures and improves rider compliance Monitors performance progress of riders Owns implementation of new features and processes Leads communication with suppliers and drivers Qualifications Bachelor's degree, in Logistics or related field. Previous experience in the food or tech industry is highly preferred Excellent people management skills: Experience with managing a bigger group of people Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Arabic is required, Urdu is a plus Ability to analyze data and create comprehensive reports.  Ability to use complex computer systems Ability to work under pressure, handle stress, and handle many people with different personality types, diverse levels of education and abilities.
