The responsibilities include but are notlimited to the following: • Ensure Zero Session for allnew clients are completed on time as per Standard OperatingProcedures (SOP). • Ensure accuracy of all relevantfinancial and operational data that is maintained / reported• Record detailed personal and family medical historyincluding chief complaints in chronological order with detailedsymptoms of disease if any through completion of the MedicalAssessment. The history of obesity related diseases is to beelicited and any contraindication to the VLCC program, to beintimated to the Slimming In-Charge. • Every new slimmingclient is to be medically examined. • To rule out anydisease, disabilities he/ she may be suffering. • Thedrugs or the medicine he/she is taking. • Any ailment orany surgical or medical procedure he/she had in the recent past.• Advise clients to complete appropriate routineinvestigative tests as needed through their family physician.• Inform each client's family physician about theVLCC Wellness Program and share their progress on a regular basis.Follow up with them with respect to need for investigations andreviews of medications for further course of action. Brief theSlimming In-Charge/ATH on the same. All treatments are to bestarted by the family/treating physician/gynecologist of theclient. However monitoring will be done by the Client ProgressAdvisor. • Review all slimming clients every month andhelp the counselor/Slimming In-Charge with the medical assessmentof plateau cases. • Take an active part in Groupcounseling. Reinforce to clients the diet modifications suggestedby Dietician. • Actively participate in the eventsorganised to promote VLCC. Maintain rapport with practicing doctorsin the area.
