• Conduct thorough medical historiesand physical examinations of patients to diagnose medicalconditions • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such asX-rays, blood tests, and MRI scans, to aid in the diagnosis ofmedical conditions • Develop treatment plans for patients,which may include medications, lifestyle changes, or surgicalprocedures • Educate patients about their medicalconditions and treatment plans, as well as preventive care• Work with other medical professionals, such as nursesand specialists, to coordinate patient care • Maintainaccurate medical records and documentation for each patient• * Physicians conduct physical exams and take medicalhistories to evaluate patients' health status and diagnosemedical conditions • Physicians order laboratory tests,imaging studies, and other diagnostic tests to help diagnose andmonitor medical conditions • Based on a patient'smedical history, physical exam, and diagnostic tests, physiciansdevelop treatment plans that may include medication, lifestylemodifications, or other interventions • Physiciansprescribe medications to manage symptoms, treat medical conditions,or prevent disease
