Administer, coordinate, monitor,evaluate as well as provide expert opinion on the technical andoperational management of LNG vessels which are operated by thirdparty vessel managers.Ensure all activitiesare carried out in a cost effective and reliable manner thusprotecting the interest of the owners.Interactwith charterers with regards to all operational and technicalissues with the objective of protecting the interest of theowners.Establish and maintain goodrelationships with Joint Ventureassociates.Build and maintain relationshipswith Charterers and vendors to ensure that best practices areimplemented and followed while representing the interest of theowners.Manage the resolution of business andtechnical conflicts.Work with joint ventureship managers on solving operational and technical issues that wereexperienced onboard the vessels. This shall involve working withthe ship managers till the issue is completely closed and thelearning should also be shared with the entire fleet team so as toprevent re-occurrence of such anissue.Initiate working groups and engage withCharterers/ Technical Managers/ JV Partners for the purpose ofdiscussing operational and technical subjects affecting the fullyowns and joint venture fleet. The main objective of such a groupwill be to provide reliable information to the management to makean informed decision.Interact with Charterers,JV partners and vessel managers and initiate discussion on topicsof mutual interest.
