Lead the development andimplementation of Academics Division's strategy inalignment with CNA-Q's strategy through departmentinitiatives and projects.Develop, implement,and maintain academic quality and accreditation standards, inaddition to applied research targets, in consultation with the VPAcademic, Academic Managers, School Deans and other keystakeholders, and in accordance with the mission, vision andmandate of CNA-Q as a comprehensive technical institute of higherlearning.Provide leadership for theincorporation of applied research within CNA-Q'scurriculum, and provide support for applied research initiativeswithin the College.Provide leadership in theidentification and development of opportunities for new credit andnon-credit programs.Support the VP, Academicsin development and monitoring of the annual budget for AcademicQuality department in collaboration with Finance and AdministrationDivision.Oversee and guide the establishmentof Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Academic Quality andmonitor its performance vis-à-vis established KPIs on aregular basis.
