• Work with design manager toestablish high quality infrastructure engineering systems detailingprocedures, methodologies & guidelines for ensuringeffective estimation & management of project costs.• Develop working templates to establish client needs,conducting site surveys, cost estimation, tendering, evaluation& allocation of work to sub-contractors and contractors.• Creating guidelines for value engineering and performingrisk management for sites and structures to help onsite teamsdeliver high quality infrastructure solutions that meet regulatoryand HSE requirements.
