Assistant Manager / Manager Learning And Development Effective Business Solutions, Pakistan Design, develop and customize training modules and materials in consultation with concerned departments.Liaison with concern stakeholders for mobilizing local master trainers.Looking after all the administrative arrangements for in-house trainings.Conduct optimum numbers of training courses in consultation with the L&D Head OfficeEvaluate trainings and writes course/workshop reports of trainings conducted in the centre.Ensure that training centre's physical resources are well maintained and functioning.Assist Training Head and Coordinates with R&S for arranging induction programs for new joiners and share reportsJob Specification 5 years of proven experience and at least 2 to 3 years in relevant domain. Candidate having bank exposure will be given preference.
