Managed Service Manager

Position Summary:Streebo is currently in the process of setting up a stellar Managed Services team to manage customers Enterprise Information Management platforms (ETL/Data-warehouse/BI/MDM). These customers expect exceptional customer service. You will take charge of Streebo's Managed Services team from day one with proper enablement and will go on to convert this into a world class team who delivers excellent customer service. This role includes exceptional management skills with good technical background and experience to understand and resolve complex technical problems in enterprise customer's environments.Key Accountability:You are accountable to realize value of Managed Services for the customer.Responsibilities:Gain the level of trusted advisor within customer organizationsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and work with sales teams to deliver and win proposalsAnalyzes similar offerings in the market from other companies to ensure we provide value driven & competitive service offeringsOversee support services on all customer sites simultaneously that includes ensuring:o Internal & external Service Level Agreement for the engagemento Customer satisfaction & relationship managemento Effective vendor managemento Identification & communication of improvements in systems being supportedo Root cause analysis of frequently occurring issues and communication to subject matter expertsSetup and manage a unit of support engineers as per required capacity that also includes resource management of the overall team e.g. career path management, performance management, training & development, etc.Ensure continuous improvement and the growth of service capability in line with the company's objectives Job Specification Requirements:IT or CS graduate.Minimum 5 years in the IT industry with minimum 2 years in a similar positionExpert proficiency in SQL language and experience with major RDBMSExperienced in Performance tuning of large data-sets,Excellent leadership organization and time management skillsGood communication skillsExcellent analytical skills with troubleshooting abilitiesAbility and willingness to travel on domestic and international assignmentsNice to have:Experienced in data-warehousing / BI projects and toolsExperience in multiple business domainsITIL certified Information Technology and Services - Karachi, Pakistan About Us Streebo, headquartered in Houston, Texas, is an IBM Business Partner and a global provider of automated solutions.
