ScopeofWorksTheSystems Training Officers will be responsible for providingcontemporary training and support to users of the new TrakCaresystem and the Acacia solution across NT Health. Training will bedelivered via a phased approach across all of NT Health s primary,remote and tertiary healthcareservices.TheTraining Officers will be required to contribute to the developmentof training materials, end user support and promotional materialswith a focus on clinical workflow application.. This includes thedelivery of Acacia training via a blended approach of one-on-one,small and large group forums, both online and F2F in line withagreed training delivery processes andstandards.KeyDutiesProvideinput into the development, delivery, evaluation and assessment oftraining, ensuring that training quality standards are met andusers achieve the required level of competency in the newsystem.Providego-live implementation training and support across the NorthernTerritory for the implementation phases, including out-of-hourstraining and rostered support, with a willingness to work extrahours when required to ensure the program objectives aremet.Overviewof the project & work unit the position is relatedto:TheSystems Training Officers will be responsible for providingcontemporary training and support to users of the new TrakCaresystem and the Acacia solution across NT Health. Substantial relevantexperience in clinical or professional service delivery in acommunity service or health care setting and experience in thedelivery of training services relating to computer basedinformation. Personal Qualities required of Candidate(s) High levelsocial and written skills with ability to effectively communicatewith team members and stakeholders.
