Responsible for the company's investment development and organizational construction in the local area, several sales directors and sales representatives under the team report to the marketing manager2. Under the work deployment of the marketing manager, formulate quarterly plans and monthly plans for the region, decompose and deploy them to each sales director, and lead subordinates to work and evaluate regularly3.
