Job details
As a Housekeeping-Order Taker, you will beresponsible for performing the following tasks to the higheststandards:• Handle team member and guestrequests by delegating to the appropriate individuals and follow upto ensure department and hotel standards aremet• Maintain the computerized Work OrderSystem. This requires logging and recording all service requests,implementation, distribution, and closing of all WorkOrders• Ensure vacant/ready rooms are availableto the Front Office through coordination with the Floor Supervisorteam• Responds to all emergency call whichincludes monitoring the alarm system•Dispatching and directing the proper crafts to the location,notifying other departments and the alarm-company of thesituation• Coordinate and control all officetraffic• Present a positive, professional, andcourteous image, to ensure guest satisfaction•Maintain the brand's high qualitystandards• Ability to remain calm and performall essential functions during emergencysituations• Maintain control of Guest Supplies,prepare the needed supplies for requisitions and handle lost andfound
