During Probation PeriodPreparation and sharing a facilitation plan to support IC and partner communitiesAfter Satisfactory Completion of Probation Period (Yearly contract will be renewed on the basis of performance appraisal as per below Job Description)Develop and maintain the IC website and developing operational manualDevelop and maintain offline blogging software with proper checks and developing its operational manualFollow IC's methodology, philosophy, goals and objectives throughout the process of facilitation of programSupporting logistic staff in preparing specification of ICT equipments and procurementDeveloping ICT awareness sessions manual for communities and building capacities of ICT field staff to deliver sessions to communities with proper monitoring visitsSupporting IC management through providing feedback in administrative and financial soft waresContributing in Capacity Building, Knowledge Management and Institutional Development of IC related to ICTMaking risk analyses and balancing time-cost ratios to focus effort on the most appropriate implementation strategies for accurate outcomes of the projectOversee ICT support to IC partners and associated partner communitiesProvide technical support in conducting baseline survey & action research, developing IEC material and establishing community ICT centersTo assist in occasional duties which the IC management may request from time to time Job Specification Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in any well reputed organization.Qualification: Masters in IT or equivalentSkill, Abilities, Knowledge: PHP, MySQL, Joomla, WordPress with minimum 5 years experience & Basic Knowledge of Business Process management system i.e ERP/CRM systems, training skills, client end support, LAN/WLAN/WAN knowledge etc.Personal Qualities: Good interpersonal and communication skill, Good command of written and spoken English, flexible, ability to meet deadlines, team player, problem solving skill, ability to work under pressure.
