Job details
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, and software applications.Develop and implement coding solutions for automation, system integration, and software development projects.Planning, execution, and documentation of system upgrades, migrations, and patches.Perform system monitoring and analysis to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.Stay up to date with emerging technologies, coding practices, and industry trends to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT-related issues and support business initiatives.Job SpecificationSolid understanding of IT fundamentals, including hardware, software, networks, and operating systems.Familiarity with software development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and end-users.Knowledge of system administration tasks and experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, MySQL) is a plus.
