Business Development Manager The Millennium Builders, Pakistan Bachelors in relevant field or relevant experience We are looking for a Business Development Manager that carries the ability to lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.A commission on top of the base salary upon acquiring target every month.Role And Responsibility:Initiate and engage in sales calls with new prospects on a proactive basis.Coordinating requirements, developing, and negotiating contracts to close new business deals.Contact potential clients to find potential business transactions; discover and explores prospects through active social media and digital marketing.Maintain the value of the organization by keeping information private.Interact with existing strategic customers to clarify mutual performance and growth goals.Establish and track monthly goals and objectives.Create and implement new service strategies.Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customersNOTE : You will be able to earn comission on top of your base salary upon acquiring your monthly target. Commission rates will be settled upon interview and experience.Job SpecificationManage the organization's team skills and create road maps for your individual teamsConduct and track research to provide critical support to the business development executives.Find new business leads for the company and engage with them.
