Fiberlink (Pvt) Ltd. a reputed ISP in Pakistan is looking for professionals to fill the positions of Key Account Manager's post in Karachi Office.Ideal candidates should be from relevant industry and have at-least 2 years of experience.Job SpecificationResponsibilities Responsible for all queries related to assigned customers. Provide email- and telephone-based support to Customers. Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues. Act as a liaison between customers and other technical departments. Engage senior technical persons as required to assist in the troubleshooting process. Resolve customer issues professionally and effectively Generate Invoices to assigned customers.Skills required for job: Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Microsoft Office. Passion for working with people and for helping customers succeeds. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and projects and ensure their completion. Ability to learn new technologies quickly. Ability to multitask effectively and work well under pressure. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal management direction.
