Want to learn more about us Visit: hmshost.internationalSound interesting Read on!About the role:Be involved in developing and implementing strategies for the operationsHandle efficiently customer queries/comments to maximize customer satisfactionSeek new opportunities to drive and create additional salesEnsure all products delivered to customers are as per brand standardsManage staff schedules and leave plans to ensure optimum staffing at all timesEnsure compliance with all legislation and company policies and proceduresManage wastage and variance as per agreed targetsOversee all cash management procedures including system transactions, control the voiding system, opening & cash out procedure, system reconciliation, daily banking procedures etc.Plan and organize the store as per the budgetMaintain optimum stock levels to ensure smooth running of operations to cater to customer demands and satisfactionProvide proper inventory management and ensure procedures are followedObserve and assess the team for her/his respective divisions and work on procedures to ensure all quality standards and service are metCreate and deliver training manuals for the team and make sure to upgrade their skills in collaboration with Management and HRCoach employees of effective service techniquesAdhere to the strict statutory requirements and establish health, hygiene & safety policies and standards within the departmentInvolved with new menu creation, ability to take the lead based on knowledge of customer expectationsProvide leadership and direction to subordinates towards the achievement of goals and objectivesGuide and motivate team members to enhance performance and produce quality work and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher level rolesWhat we are looking forBachelor DegreeKnowledge of (statutory and other) safety regulations and hygiene regulations (including social hygiene)Ability to work with deadlines and under pressureGood communication skills and interpersonal skillsOrganizational and planning skillsLeadership skillsMotivating and developing othersHospitalityResult oriented.Analytical skillsThis is a great opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who is ready for the next step in their career, If you are looking for a dynamic role within a worldwide organization where people are put at the heart of what we do, then we look forward to hearing from you!
