Expert GSM & Data Products - Islamabad

As Expert GSM Product & Data, will be responsible for the execution of GSM & Data Products strategy & key initiatives related to revenue & base management. Identifying new opportunities through data insights, usage behaviour and research. You will be responsible for the complete value chain of the segment and supporting front-end teams to achieve annual revenue targets and providing valuable insights to Manager GSM & Data Product along with Leadership team. What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert GSM & Data Segment?Reporting into the Manager GSM & Data, you will be part of a 4-member product team taking care of one of the largest revenue segments within Jazz Business.Gauge viability of new products and run analysis on existing products to identify areas of improvement to enhance product update and increase revenue.Coordinate with Product Development teams for new product development as well as enhancement in existing products to ensure delivery as per defined timelines and commercial launchPrepare dashboards, reports and insights for GSM products on monthly and Adhoc basisAnalyze past trends to identify potential growth areas or areas of improvement with a vision to enhance revenue and/or customer experienceEnsure flawless stakeholder management of operations, channels, product development and technology teams to deliver high quality results and ensure overall smooth executionConduct Training/Refreshers with Channel teams and Key Stakeholders to ensure product & proposition understanding at all levelsRequirements· Bachelor's degree, up to 5-7 years of diverse experience in Telecom/Tech.· Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and proposition development· Proven experience in working in B2B environment and understanding of product development within a mobile operator would be preferable· Proven experience in stakeholder management· Is a numbers guy and can translate reports into meaningful insights and action items?· Ability to develop business cases and gauge viability of a product/proposition prior to commercial launch· Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills· Experience/Expertise in following areas would be a pluso Research and Insights in B2B environmento Commitment to deliver high quality and accurate reports/analysiso Knowledge of Reporting Dashboards, Analysis & New Technologieso High proficiency in operating MS Office Tools, especially in MS Excel & MS Power point is required.As one of the leading employers in the country, Jazz epitomizes the philosophy that each Jazz employee is passionately living a better every day inspired and enabled by visionary leadership, a unique professional culture, a flourishing lifestyle, and continuous learning and development.As one of the largest private sector organizations in Pakistan, our objective is to continue to change the lives of our 70 million customers for the better.
