Job details
In this role, you will form part of theExecutive Management team, helping to develop and refine thecompany's vision and ensuring that the overall businessstrategy is translated into annual operational work plans for theContracts and Procurement department.As a leader, you will provideoverall direction, direction and motivation to your team tomaximize performance. You will be responsible for managing change,reporting on progress and financial performance against budget andidentifying any opportunities for improvement.As the focal pointfor the Tender Committee, you will provide all necessary input tobidding, manage and develop appropriate contract frameworks, andensure they are all in compliance with the company's legalstandards.
