About the job Zonal Sales Manager - Modern Trade- Central And NorthernJob briefWe are looking for a Zonal Sales Manager - Modern Trade with excellent communication and leadership abilities to lead sales team members, develop sales programs, and set and meet the KPIs.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the designated zone.Recruit, Train, Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentor ship to drive performance and achieve sales objectives.Foster and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and modern trade partners to maximize business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and drive sales initiatives.Coordinate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and promotional activities.Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to track monthly progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all sales operations within the designated zone.RequirementsExperience: Must have at least 10 years of Modern Trade Sales (5 years managerial) experience in multiple cities of Punjab and KPK with an MNC employer or working experience at distributors setup for MNC.Well versed with sales force management software.Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.Proven track record of 8+ years in modern trade sales management preferably with FMCG MNC or working with large size distributor for MNCStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.Proficiency in MS Office applications and sales management software
