We are looking for a skilled Sales Account Manager / Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. Your role will involve building lasting relationships with clients and managing the sales process.
Strive to meet customer needs and fulfill their requests, address inquiries promptly, and aim to provide a positive customer experience. Possess strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer service orientation.
Ultimately, your goal is to expand our business by establishing thriving, enduring partnerships with clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Sources new opportunities through follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Research accounts generate interest.
Maintain up-to-date awareness of company products and industry trends.
Maintain a database of prospective client information.
Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred).
2 years experience (Preferred) as a Sales Account Manager / Lead Generation Specialist.
Must be fluent in English language (Both Written And Spoken).
Leadership and management skills.
Superb interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
This is a night shift (Mon - Fri) position. So must be able to work in night shift.
