Expert B2G Analytics, Operations and GrowthIndustry : TelecommunicationsDescription :Last date to apply: 27 Oct 2023What is an Expert B2G Analytics, Operations and Growth?The Expert Public Partnerships Analytics, Operations and Growth role is responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and analytics, regional and resource level performance monitoring, product, and client wise performance monitoring, monitoring and analysis of all key KPIs, and all partner facing reporting. The role is also responsible for backend operations, solution identification and compilation, internal stake holder management and growth analysis of existing partners along with building analytics, data visualization and data-based growth strategies. The role is also responsible for execution of smooth integration and post integration testing and analysis and preparing presentation decks based on analytics and product knowledge.Expert B2G analytics, operations and growth is also responsible for building partner level business cases, and business cases for Public Tender to gauge profitability.The role reports directly to Manager B2G Solutions Analytics and Growth.What does Expert B2G Analytics, Operations and Growth do?Day to day reporting for measuring key KPI performance, regional teams' performance, and individual client performance.Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly performance and monitoring dashboards.Automation of non-standard reporting requirements.Understand the requirement of Public Partners and prepare presentation decks and proposal documents for initial engagement of the regional teams with external partners.Prepare detailed business cases and assess potential of new verticals/partners that are reached out to by regional teams.Maintain robust pipelines in collaboration with regions and update pipelines on weekly basis.Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth and efficient integrations.Analyse individual partner performance on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.Prepare performance decks and reports for managementPrepare elaborate dashboards for partner performance, vertical evaluation, individual product evaluation.Reporting and presenting research methodologies and analysis to sell your solutions to various stakeholders.Any other tasks assigned by Line Manager or Head of department.Jazz is an equal opportunity employer.
