HR Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing policies and managing all human resource activities, including but not limited to, recruiting, training, compensation guidelines, employee relations and benefits management. This role will report directly to the Senior Management. Responsibilities/Roles:Consistently recruiting excellent staffMaintaining a smooth onboarding processTraining, counseling, and coaching our staff about company's policies and programsResolving conflicts through positive and professional mediationCarrying out necessary administrative duties and salary reviewsDeveloping clear policies and ensuring policy awarenessGiving helpful and engaging presentations to new recruitsMaintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety complianceHandling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination proceduresMaintaining employee and workplace privacyInteracting with new applicants via social media platformsQualifications/RequirementsAbility to work night shiftsMinimum 2 years experience in HRExperience in educating, recruiting and coaching staffExperience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigationsExperience in following and maintaining workplace privacyKnowledge of relevant health and safety lawsCompetency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
