We reward employees with competitive pay and incentives to recognize skills, competencies, and contributions to business results.Get to Experience a collaborative environment where teamwork is celebrated with flexibility that enhances balance and an inclusive atmosphere that is welcoming to all!Get to know our Purpose and make it yours by bringing innovations to market that improve the world, share a commitment to sustainability that makes our planet better and give back to communities in which we work and live.Job Description: Network Operations SupportExperience in designing; maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key IT Infrastructure areas, particularly WAN / LAN infrastructure, and data / Internet communication infrastructure.Responsibilities:Interfacing with the Global vendors, Solution architects, and project managers to implement new global technology solutions.Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating with other network leads on network optimization.Manage level 2 incidents and lead technical discussions with vendors and internal stakeholdersCandidate will be expected to analyze the issue across LAN, WAN networks and coordinate troubleshooting the issue with support Vendors.The candidate will be expected to support the Telecom operations team for Root Cause Analysis, P1/ P2 tickets troubleshooting, etc.Coordinate with Global Infrastructure groups and ensure consistent adherence to IT standards and policiesDesired skills/knowledgeMinimum 8-10 years of experience.Area of Experience - Palo Alto SDWAN, Palo Alto Prisma Access, Palo Alto Firewalls ,Cisco routing & switching, Cisco Wireless LAN, Good experience in implementing LAN and Wide Area network services (MLAN, WLAN, MPLS VPN, QOS, Routing Protocols, SDWAN)Strong Knowledge in L2 and L3 Level Troubleshooting.Good Understanding of routing protocols RIP, OSPF, and Static Routing.Excellent understanding of LAN, Wireless LAN, WAN ( IPSEC, GRE )Good understanding of large DC network infrastructure.Good Understanding of NAT, DNS, TCP/IP Addressing, Dynamic Routing protocols, Layer-3 routing.Good communication skillsDuPont is an equal opportunity employer.
