Accounts Receivable Officer / Accounts Officer, FACG We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable and Reconciliation Officer to join our reputable UK based restaurant chain. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of accounts receivable and reconciliation processes.Responsibilities:Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable transactions, including invoices, receipts, and adjustments.Perform daily reconciliations with a focus on identifying discrepancies and resolving outstanding issues.Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing activities.Work closely with the operations team to resolve any billing or payment-related queries from customers.Assist in the development and implementation of efficient accounts receivable and reconciliation processes.Stay updated with industry best practices and regulations related to accounts receivable and reconciliation.Requirements:Years of experience in accounts receivable and reconciliation, preferably within the hospitality sector.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Strong attention to detail and ability to spot and resolve discrepancies.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and produce accurate reports.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Knowledge of UK accounting standards and regulations is preferred.A degree or relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field is desirable.Join our reputable UK-based restaurant chain and be part of a dynamic and growing team.
