As a Senior Manager ofSolutions Engineering for the APAC region at Grafana Labs, you willbe responsible for all aspects of building and managing a team ofhigh-performing Solution Engineers. You will oversee the regionalGTM execution with your sales leader counterparts, adoptingexisting GTM strategies and developing new ones as needed.You'll work with your Customer Experience counterparts toensure that your customers are successful after the sale, in theiradoption and roll-out of Grafana products. You'll workwith marketing to drive community programs in the region designedto broaden the adoption of both OSS and commercial versions of ourproducts. You'll also work closely with ProductManagement and Engineering to ensure that we are constantlydelivering value to our customers by influencing the roadmap, basedon feedback from the field, as well as leveraging your ownexperience in the OSS. You will be responsible for hitting andexceeding your region's revenue targets and ultimately, ourcompany's goals. Your impact will be felt globally when thejob is done well. ** Key Responsibilities** • Attract,recruit, ramp, and mentor a team of great Presales SE'sfrom diverse backgrounds and experiences. • Get the bestout of your team with a servant-based leadership approach. Adoptinga player/coach mentality will be critical here, ensuring that youbalance your field responsibilities with the needs of your team.• Direct the bulk of your day-to-day work based onguidance and goals from leadership, owning the planning, actionsand outcomes of the region. • Partner with the US WestSales leadership on customer programs, marketing initiatives andcommunity/company events to drive adoption and expansion within ourcustomer base. • Executive sponsorship of key accounts inthe region will be key to your success. The right candidate will bea thought leader to customers and internally within Grafana Labs.• Understanding your key customers' strategiesfor adoption of Grafana technologies and developing programs andcollateral to enable them to be successful. • Ensure thatyour customers' requirements are being met with ourproduct through partnership with Product Management and Engineering• Own and report on the quarter over quarter cadence ofyour team while they help prospects evaluate our software withdemonstrations, technical deep dives, trials andPOVs.
