Job DescriptionJoin IntegCubes as a Product Specialist L1, and be a key player in supporting and enhancing our software product. As a Product Specialist, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our healthcare software.Provide first-level support to customers on product inquiries and issues.Collaborate with the product development team to understand and communicate new features and updates.Assist customers in product configuration and troubleshooting.Document and escalate technical issues to higher-level support when necessary.Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to product improvements.Job SpecificationBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.Strong technical aptitude and a passion for learning about new technologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.Previous experience in customer support or a related role is a plus.Familiarity with Healthcare is advantageous.Eagerness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and efficiently.Willingness to occasionally work outside regular business hours.
