The QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products or services through the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software or services. Job Requirement Key Responsibilities: Test Planning:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.Develop comprehensive test plans outlining testing scope, approach, resources, and schedule.Test Case Design:Create detailed and well-structured test cases based on project requirements and design specifications.Identify and document test data requirements.Test Execution:Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure the functionality, reliability, and performance of software or services.Report and track defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.Regression Testing:Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features or bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality.Automation:Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.Identify opportunities for test automation and work towards implementing automation frameworks.Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.Collaboration:Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.Continuous Improvement:Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of QA methodologies and best practices. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role.Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Experience with both manual and automated testing.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products or services.Preferred Skills:Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) for automation.Familiarity with agile development methodologies.Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
