Should expertise in Copper Consolidation & Decommissioning.2. Should expertise in FTTx (FTTC, FTTP/H, FTTB & FTTS).3. Certified in CFHP (Certified Fibre to the Home Professional) or PMP would have added advantage.4. Must have ability to provide advice, solve complex problems, and contribute to the development of new Projects and review.5. Have the ability to read and understand the SOW for new opportunity.6. Capable to Estimate Efforts and Preparation for a New Telecom Related Projects.7. Should Communicate with Clients effectively and should able to position technically strong.8. Should have Expertise for estimation processes (such as expert judgment) and have a highly qualified opinion skills.9.
