About the job MW Engineer - Team LeadHaving BS/MS in Electrical Engineering (Telecom/Electronics/Communication)Minimum 5+ Years Experience in Microwave Delivery as a Field Engineer in telecom networkProven work experience as a supervisor or team leaderoperation & maintenance, Field/Back-office operations experience is mandatoryLead and coordinate a Microwave technical team to accomplish the tasks as the manager assignedResponsible for achieving service delivery Targets as well as Customer Satisfaction Targets of the Key AccountProven work experience as a team leaderCan create an inspiring team environment with an open communication cultureAbility to set strategy and monitor progress towards goalsOrganizational time-management and decision-making skillsHave strong interpersonal skills (able to work in a highly dynamic team environment)A proactive approach to digitalization to enhance productivity and efficiency.Network Skill & Knowledge:Strong hands-on Huawei Equipment RTN900/300 series and Full outdoor Installation & commissioningMonitor network performance, analyze transmission statistics, and implement necessary optimizations or improvementsStrong communication, problem-solving, Presentation, and analytical skillsHuawei U2000/NCE ExperienceGuide the Field team in resolving Microwave complex issuesProvide technical support for microwave network devices to customers, include dealing with technical problems and fault, daily integration & maintenance operationNetwork Designing, Software Commissioning, and Cutover for RTN devices of microwave networkHigher level Skill/knowledge and operation experience of Huawei MicrowaveBasic IP knowledge to work on layer 2 levelArchitecture of the 3G/4G/5G evolutions
