Auto Electrician

Position: Auto Electrician Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Auto Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, identifying faults, and repairing electrical wiring and computer-based equipment in motor vehicles and related equipment. Key Responsibilities: Electrical Repairs and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair electrical faults in motor vehicles and equipment. Service, identify, and repair faults on electronically controlled vehicle systems such as electronic fuel injection, electronic ignition, anti-lock braking, cruise control, automatic transmission, airbags, and air conditioning. Installation: Install electrical equipment such as gauges, lighting, alternators, and starter motors in cars, and install electrically operated accessories. Testing and Analysis: Use meters and test instruments to find electrical faults. Adjust engine control systems and timing to ensure vehicles are running at peak performance. Maintenance and Service: Perform routine maintenance checks on vehicles. Install new vehicle wiring systems and alarms, radios, and other electrical equipment. Safety Compliance: Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with industry safety and standards. Regularly inspect equipment and maintain records of work completed.
