Expert RAN - Islamabad

You will be reporting to the Regional RAN Planning & Optimization Manager and will be deputed at JAZZ Headquarters Islamabad. You will have 2 peers who will be striving with you to accomplish routine tasks.What does Expert RAN do?Monitoring, reporting, and Benchmarking of all major and minor activities in the network that may have an impact on user experience.Perform network optimization at cellular/cluster level 2G/3G/4G to contribute to regional quality of service by investigating network performance.Responsible for reviewing KPIs performance monthly, quarterly and annually.LTE load balancing implementation to maximize user throughput, carrier aggregation and VoLTE Traffic Improvement.New Rollout / Capacity Projects RF plan preparation & Monitoring.Spectrum Reframing and Technology Innovation.Collaboration with QOS to assure quality KPIs.Innovative and inhouse solutions to improve revenue.Trials of latest features and technologies.Network audits and standardization on discrepancies in network.Remain updated on all current policies, procedures, promotions, products and up sell value added services offered by the company.Take ownership and ensure timely execution of tasks/projects.Create a culture that supports the transformation agenda by embedding values'-based behaviours in our ways of workYou will work with internal and external stakeholders including radio vendors, departmental heads/manager, technology, Commercial (Sales) and Regulatory teams and all functions of the company for effective planning and delivery of projects and tasks.Ensure proper behaviour/discipline/grooming/punctuality as per the requirements and image of the company.Jazz is an equal opportunity employer.
