Supporting Property Operations andGuest Relations NeedsMaintains a strongworking relationship with all departments to support propertyoperations and goals and to expedite the resolution of any problemsthat may arise through the general operation of theproperty.Communicates any variations to theestablished norms to the appropriate department in a timelymanner.Sends copy of MOD report to alldepartments on a daily basis.Strives toimprove service performance.Ensures compliancewith all policies, standards andprocedures.Emphasizes guest satisfactionduring all departmental meetings and focuses on continuousimprovement.Supporting ProfitabilityGoalsUnderstands and complies with lossprevention policies and procedures.Reviewsstaffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs andfinancial objectives are met.Reviews financialstatements, sales and activity reports, and other performance datato measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areasneeding cost reduction and programimprovement.
