Take room service orders over thephone.Answer questions on menu selections, andcheck with kitchen staff.Answer guestquestions or concerns regarding the origin, vintage, and style ofvarious wines.Place and log call back for roomservice order.Notify guests and management ofdelays in service delivery.Communicateadditional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and specialrequests to the kitchen.Maintain cleanlinessof work areas throughout the day.Recordtransaction in MICROS system at time oforder.Complete all closing reports, includingMICROS reports.Process all paymentmethods.
