Process the payment of employeescompensation and benefits including promotion, transfers, contractchanges, secondment, etc. to ensure efficient, accurate salary andbenefits administration.Efficient payrollprocessing and other entitlementsInconsultation with the C&B Specialist, prepare salary offeradvice, check if candidates meet minimum job requirements, jobtitles are aligned, correct salary grades are stated, salaryreviews and if salary offers are positioned correctly to ensurethat the offer is attractive, cost effective and internal equity ismaintained.Provide support to the C&BSpecialist in the conduct of market research of compensation,benefits and allowances, including assessing trends in rewardmethodologies.Assist in the building ofcompensation data for surveys to ensure accurate and correctcompensation data.Correct compensation dataand timely submission of salary benchmark analysis andreportAssist in the review and updating ofcompensation and benefits policy and other HR policies andprocedures to ensure efficient updating andapproval.Answer queries on the interpretationof HR policies and benefits and policy issues to improve deliveryof HR services and satisfy employeerequirements.
