Reporting to the Executive Producer, your main responsibilities will be to: Make technical calls with internal and external clients as the technical expert, representing PixMob. Work on improving technical workflow and processes to support business growth. Participate actively in the continuous improvement of our technologies. Lead our team of lighting programmers and key players to deliver projects and complete below tasks: Prepare the equipment for pre-production of events Integrate PixMob's equipment in client's drawing Assist team on sites with recommendations and troubleshooting techniques Oversee the maintenance of our equipment and preparation of equipment Build relationships with key technological suppliers Contribute to project assignation with project managers As a team leader, you will: Foster autonomy and accountability of all team members. Guide and support your team in achieving the objectives of your sector as well as the growth objectives of PixMob.  Mentor, and coach for other production members to achieve PixMob's excellence Foster collaboration to support innovation, commitment and PixMob's entrepreneurial culture. Give regular feedback to your team members to recognize the importance of their work and allow development and improvement of all team members. To carry out this mandate successfully, you must: Have training in engineering , technology, stagecraft or connected Sant'Uberto. Have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the event and/or entertainment industry. Have a minimum of 3 years as a team leader or similar role.
