At Ensemble, we're looking for a Senior Brand Manager to help build the brand and business. Reporting to Director of Brand, you will be responsible for developing a brand with an accelerated growth trajectory and an ambitious revenue plan. In this role, you'll be stewarding the brand through its growth phase, working with the business to help grow the brand in the B2B and B2C space. The ideal candidate will have experience building brands across multiple channels in fast-growing B2B and B2C companies and/or early-stage startups. Travel industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build, execute and manage a marketing plan to help the business achieve its revenue goals - including owning and executing prospect and lead email marketing campaigns.

Ensure all customer touchpoints reflect Ensemble's brand value proposition.

Analyze our current acquisition and retention strategies, research competitors and talk to our customers to inform your strategies.

Drive the development of the new websites, working with stakeholders with a focus on lead generation, SEO and customer acquisition.

Drive and develop branding of our products and services and create content and collateral to help drive interest in the brand and it's services

Take ownership of our customer acquisition channels to optimize for growth and savings - across email, affiliate marketing, influencer, newsletters, and other marketing channels - with a lens of reducing our CAC.

Ensure our customers get to their 'aha' moment quicker, keeping churn low and lifetime value increased.

Qualifications

5-7 years' experience building brands, marketing plans and teams.

Demonstrable experience of influencing growth.

Fluency in CRMs, audience segmentation strategies, and aligning audiences to objectives - and has used HubSpot or something similar.

Strong analytical capabilities with proven expertise in problem solving and multiple project management.

Strong understanding of ad metrics. You've run A/B tests, and are comfortable reporting and building dashboards to show CAC, RoAS, etc.

Experience in the B2B and B2C space particularly tech sector and or start up world

In depth experience developing and executing marketing plans

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to create strong working relationships based on trust and confidence.

Strong communication skills: you can present information (both written and oral) clearly and concisely across all levels within the organization.

Travel industry experience a plus.

Bachelor's degree, college diploma, or other relevant post-secondary achievement.
