PA AND CRM/ATS SPECIALIST Melkbosstrand Rper month CEO for a growing UK Based Employer of Record (EOR) and Recruitment company seeks a PA with solid CRM experience and ATS experience. Ideally you will need HR/Recruitment/ or Employer of Record experience with excellent experience working on setting up managing and reporting on Gohighlevel CRM. You will also need a good working knowledge of Xero Accounting System and some exposure to bookkeeping and Salaries. MS Office and Google expert. Job Description: I am seeking a dynamic and proactive PA to provide comprehensive support. As my PA you will play a critical role in enhancing my productivity and efficiency managing my daytoday operations and facilitating seamless communication within the organization and with external stakeholders. Responsibilities: 1. Calendar and Schedule Management. 2. Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications addressed to the CEO. Manage emails phone calls and correspondence promptly and professionally. 3. Information Management: Organize and maintain confidential information documents and files related to the CEOs projects initiatives and contacts. Ensure easy access to relevant information as needed. 4. Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings conferences and events for the CEO including logistics agenda preparation and followup actions. Attend meetings as required take minutes and distribute summaries or action points. 5. Do referencing and vetting on candidates and prospective employees. 6. Administrative Support. 8. Strategic Support: Assist the CEO in strategic planning business development initiatives and special projects. Conduct research analyze data and prepare reports to support decisionmaking processes. 9. Daily and weekly Reports on Gohighlevel CRM. 10. Train staff on Gohighlevel CRM. 11. Set up employees new Gohighlevel CRM. 12. Work with Marketing pertaining to optimising and managing Gohighlevel CRM. 13. Set up employees on Manatal. 14. Train new Employees on Manatal. Qualifications: Diploma OR Degree in Business Administration Management or a related field. Expert level on Gohighlevel CRM. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and Google Tools (Google Docs calendar etc.) and other productivity tools. Attention to detail and accuracy in managing information and documentation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate within a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges. Experience in the recruitment or human resources industry is a plus. you will need to be very tech savvy and have solid CRM and ATS experience. Speed and accuracy are essential to me.
