W3 Integration Lead

Key Accountabilities

 

• Ensure our integration strategy, architectural principles and standards are consistently applied across all Wave3 integrations
• Create and maintain current and target state application integration architectures
• Drive key technical design decisions in integration domain
• Collaborate closely with delivery teams to refine and optimise the design and development methodology and ways of working across a multi vendor landscape to accelerate delivery of high quality technical deliverables
• Coordinate technical inputs from Global Platform team (e.g. network and infrastructure changes)
• QA technical deliverables (for instance interface design specifications) from 3rd party integration partners, and global SAP build partner
• Work with local deployment teams to understand integration needs and develop solutions architected for simple, cost-effective, rapid and secure integration
• Identify solution interdependencies and commonalities across the organisation, and opportunities for creating reusable enterprise services. Guide solution options and business partner decision making towards target architecture.
• Support delivery teams to plan, coordinate and manage integration scope delivery across multi vendor landscape
• Support delivery teams to identify, mitigate and manage delivery risks
• Support procurement/commercial team in scoping deliverables for 3rd party integration partners
• Support testing and cutover activities within the integration domain
• Develop close and trusted relationships with business, technology and 3rd party stakeholders

   Essential Experience/ Attainments Qualifications ·       Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related Experience ·       Experience in enterprise application integration technologies and toolsets ·       Experience in architecture patterns and integration design principles ·       A thorough understanding of software development methodologies (Agile essential)·       Minimum 5 years experience in designing and delivering integrations to SAP S/4 HANA solutions Skills/Knowledge ·       Knowledge of various architectures and protocols such as microservices, APIs, MOM, SOA, REST, XML, JSON and SOAP ·       Knowledge and experience with multiple integration platforms including SAP BTP Integration suite ·       Knowledge and experience of delivering EDI based integrations ·       Ability to relate architectural decisions and recommendations to business needs ·       Experience developing reference architecture, principles and standards ·       Excellent documentation and reporting skills, able to create and maintain clear and concise technical documentation ·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills ·       Experience of working with teams in multiple locations or able to work both independently and as part of a team, remotely ·       CPG industry experience. ·       Experience of working in a fast paced international business. ·       Thirst for knowledge, questions, seeks to understand and continue to learns. Excited by, and keeps up to date with latest Technology developments.
