We are seeking to hire a Program Delivery Lead/VP to manage major Legal & Regulatory Systems/Platforms : The primary responsibility of the Legal and Regulatory Systems Programme Manager from the Tech team is to oversee the successful implementation, delivery, and maintenance of legal and regulatory systems projects within our organization. This role is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of these projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

• Acting as a liaison between business and tech delivery teams and able to drive the team (internal and external vendor partners) to achieve the business outcomes and agreed scope items; Handle aspects of both Project delivery and BAU operations
• Oversee the execution of projects within the Workstream, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• End-to-end ownership of project delivery including Involved in identifying, shortlisting, and selecting solutions and designs working jointly with the delivery parties and the Enterprise Architecture team.
• Engage, Coordinate, and communicate with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Drive solutions and issue resolutions, for escalated issues from vendors as well as those requiring internal discussions.
• Identifying improvement opportunities and assessing business requirements against alignment to the current architecture.
• Understand current solutions, and delivery methodology, drive quality implementation, review SaaS providers service levels, and pursue addressing gaps
• Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met
• Identifying and addressing operational, financial, and technological risks within the business
• Establish and enforce governance processes and standards; Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management and reviewing and providing status for internal updates
• Manage BAU aspects of Core systems, including monitoring and maintaining the operational health of the core systems. Ensure all teams adhere to system availability, reliability, and performance and meet defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Plan and coordinate system changes, upgrades, and patches in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Work with development teams to prioritize, plan, and implement system improvements ensure adherence to change management processes, and minimize disruptions during system changes.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, various engineering or equivalent field
• At least 12 to 15 years experience as an IT Project Director for medium to large and complex projects, managing work delivered through multiple third-party delivery teams, designing and building custom solutions, and integrating with package, SaaS, or enterprise solutions. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the VP role.
• A proven track record of partnering with Internal/ External Senior Counsels and Compliance is a must.
• Experience in incident and problem management, change management, and release management.
• Experienced in instilling rigor, methodical practices, and developing an effective team to learn, design, build own, and run the solution.
• Includes hands-on experience of solution implementation through confirmation of requirements of definition with business users, elaboration through detailed functional and technical designs, data migration, planning and performing functional and non-functional testing, as well as seeing through deployment of solutions into live production.
• Familiarity with incremental changes and production support demand process
• Ability to work within an international team and provide clear leadership and direction to its members, including integrating with and providing oversight of development deliverables owned by 3rd party resources.
• Experience with Adenza RegCloud system is preferred
• Ability to adapt and transition seamlessly to various roles as needed
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to project manage and work with cross-functional teams, and different stakeholders.
